Local file sharing in your browser – inspired by Apple’s Airdrop.

Airdrop is the finest implementation of wireless file transfer out there. Android and PC users have been vying for an alternative. Apps like ShareIT, Send Anywhere etc. are an option. But all these require app installation and configuration at both the ends. Here is a solution that runs off a browser. All it needs is, both the devices are on the same network and have a browser running on them.

Enter SnapDrop, A Progressive Web App for local file sharing. Head over to SnapDrop.net on both the devices. Now you can transfer files from the respective devices to another. No more app installs and configuration.
